CCHA will be supporting Grass Root Organisations and Butetown Community on Friday 29th April to throw a Royal Wedding Party! We will also be holding a consultation at this event about the new film media and cultural project.

Development UpdatesLoudoun |

Foundation works at Loudoun Square are progressing well. The beginning of May will see the first steel columns erected which will form the skeletion for the rest of the build. |

Caer Castell |

Work is still continuing at Caer Castell. Leadbitter are currently behind programme and the Development Team are continually monitoring handovers which are expected in late summer 2011. |
Reconversions |

18 Janet Street: The property is currently being rebuilt. The contractor is one week behind schedule but still is still hoping to complete the works by the anticipated handover date of July ready for the returning tenant. |

41 Spring Garden's Place: The extension has been demolished and foundation works are now taking place. The Development Team are continually monitoring progress for the handover to Housing Management. |
