We are moving!

We are moving to a new head office in March to enable us to have the majority of our staff under one roof. This will help to improve communication between our teams resulting in a more effective service for our tenants.

As a result our offices at Ocean Park and Splott Road will close mid-March.

Our office on Meteor Street in Adamsdown will remain open so tenants can still access our customer services team to discuss any queries they may have, pay their rent and access our advice surgeries.

Our housing officers will no longer be based at Meteor Street but will be offering more home appointments. They will also be available by appointment at Meteor Street and our customer advisors can help arrange these.
