The Scheme: Phase 1: 29 new units: 19 for rent (6 houses & 13 apartments) & 10 LCHO (8 houses & 2 apartments)

Phase 2: 14 Houses all for rental.

Estimated completion:

Phase 1: Complete.

Phase 2: Commenced for completion in September 2010.

Caernarvon Way, Rumney

Contractor: Lovell Partnerships Ltd

The Scheme: a parade of five new shops (completed December 2007), a new community centre and 45 new homes as follows:
18 x 3 bedroom 5P houses
4 x 3 bedroom 4P houses
2 x 2 bedroom 4P houses
8 x 2 bedroom 3P flats
7 x 1 bedroom 2P flats

Regeneration Works

As part of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard we are currently updating many of our properties with new:

Kitchens
Bathrooms
Windows
External doors
and Boilers

This will be an ongoing process with a Welsh Assembly Goverment target date for completion of 2012.
