The Scheme: 20 Units (3 x 1 bed 2 person flats, 6 x 2 bed 3 person flats, 2 x 4 bed 6 person houses, 5 x 3 bed 5 person houses and 4 x 2 bed 4 person houses).

Update:   

• Works progressing with completed shell and roofs fitted to 6 houses
• foundations being completed for a further 5 houses
• brick and blockwork progressing to the block of flats.

The Scheme: Phase 1: 29 new units: 19 for rent (6 houses & 13 apartments) & 10 LCHO (8 houses & 2 apartments)

Phase 2: 14 Houses all for rental.

Phase 4: 1 Block of 11 Apartments

As part of the Welsh Housing Quality Standard we are currently updating many of our properties with new:

• Kitchens
• Bathrooms
• Windows
• External doors
• and Boilers

This will be an ongoing process with a Welsh Assembly Goverment target date for completion of 2012.
