Emergency repairs are repairs that have an immediate consequence for your protection, safety and security.

They are:

• Gas escapes.
• Fumes from heating appliances.
• Burst water pipes or storage tanks.
• Dangerous electrical faults.
• Person trapped in lift.
• Fault with fire alarm.

If the repair is complicated, it will be made safe until the long-term repair can be organised.
