Urgent repairs are those repairs which, whilst they do not have a consequence for your protection, safety and security, still need doing quickly.

They are:

• Complete loss of heating system (May-Sept)
• Partial failure of heating system
• Minor plumbing repairs e.g. overflows, leaking radiators, dripping taps, etc.
• Minor electrical repairs e.g. power point or a light not working
• Cracked glass - where no danger exists
• Faulty door entry system
• Loose slates
• Blocked gullies
• Communal laundry equipment
• Faulty cookers and fridges, if we supplied them
• Repair of general vandalism/graffiti
• Adjusting/securing external communal doors
• Repair of clothes lines
• Defective shower sealant
• Or other non-essential repairs
