Complaints
We aim to provide high quality services and hope you will always find CCHA fair and reasonable. Sometimes you may be dissatisfied with the way we have applied our policies or with the services you have received. We aim to make it easy for you to:

Help us find out where we need to do better so we can put things right
Please tell us if our service is below the standard you expect – even if you do not want to make a complaint. We will try and put things right for you and improve our service in future.
