Mission Statement
Care & Repair Cardiff exists to help older and/or disabled people to repair and improve their homes thereby enabling them to live as independently as possible with increased safety, security, warmth and comfort.
Client Charter
We aim to provide clients with a caring, reliable and efficient service, which will include:

Treating clients with dignity and respect.

Valuing cultural and social preferences.

A flexible and personal approach, listening and responding to the client’s needs.

Explaining clearly the client’s options.

Keeping clients informed of progress.

Fair and open access to services.

Treating clients personal information in a confidential manner.
Partnerships
Care & Repair Cardiff is funded by the Welsh Assembly Government. The Agency is supported and monitored by Care & Repair Cymru and is hosted, supported and line managed by Cardiff Community Housing Association.
The Agency works in close partnership with Cardiff County Council, who also provide some financial support. The Agency also works in partnership and has close links with a variety of other local, statutory and non-statutory organisations including Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust, Voluntary Action Cardiff, Help the Aged and Age Concern.
