CCHA and You |
CCHA was established in 1996 and is publicly funded. We formed when Adamsdown HA and Moors Community HA decided to merge. We have been providing homes for rent in Cardiff for over 30 years. We are non-profit-making, and registered and supervised by the Welsh Assembly Government.
We receive money from the Assembly, but we also borrow from banks and building societies. This is because the Assembly only covers about half the cost of building new homes.
Our five key aims are explained in the 'Key Objectives' area of our site.
We believe in equal opportunity. We want to make sure that all groups or individuals are given an equal opportunity in housing. As a new tenant you share this duty, as your tenancy agreement requires you not to commit any form of harassment on the grounds of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation or disability. If you wish to have a copy of our Equal Opportunities Policy, please contact the office.
