PROGRESS CONTINUES AT TROWBRIDGE – DESPITE THE WEATHER!
![]() |
The un-seasonal rain of the last few weeks have made for difficult working conditions on the redevelopment of Trowbridge Shops – but this important project is now rapidly taking shape. In December 2007 we completed Phase 1 of the £6m regeneration of ‘Trowbridge Shops’ area of Caernarvon Way – a parade of five new shops. |
|
The demolition of the 1960’s, complex of shops and maisonettes was completed in May, paving the way for the start of Phase II and the construction of 45 new homes to be built by CCHA (30 houses and 15 flats). The homes are scheduled for completion in February 2009 and as our pictures show they are now starting to take shape. |
