Some Advice

Whilst CCHA hopes that it will be able to help you, there is a great deal of demand for housing in Cardiff. You are therefore advised to apply to the other housing associations operating in Cardiff for accommodation as well as applying to CCHA.

It is particularly important that you apply to Cardiff Council. Every year, around 50% of all properties that become available are allocated to applicants nominated to CCHA by Cardiff Council. So, if you’ve registered on the Council’s list, you could be one of the applicants nominated to us for re-housing.
