Wales Audit Office Inspection – Report Set For January Publication Readers of this site, or CHAT, our tenants’ newsletter, will know that CCHA was the subject of an inspection by the WAO during two weeks in January 2006. The Inspection, which covered every aspect of our housing, maintenance and community development services, was completed on the 1st February 2006. So, we apologies for the continuing delay, but we are confident that the end, at least in terms of publication, is in sight. Through CHAT and this website, we’ll keep you up to date with developments. And Finallly… CCHA’s Christmas Card Donation Raises £276 As in previous years many of our staff chose not to send cards to each other – instead they made donations to our nominated charities. CCHA then matched what our team collected. As a result we raised a total of £276 for our chosen charities; they are the Neo-Natal Unit, Heath Hospital, Cardiff (in recognition of the excellent service that two of our colleagues received from the Hospital in the last year) and Shelter Cymru(Shelter is 40 years old this year). We’ll split the donation 50/50. NEXT UPDATE: FEBUARY 2007 |
