Doing Your Own Repairs

Generally, we have no objection to you doing repairs that you are responsible for yourself. We will simply require you to complete the repair to a reasonable standard using similar good quality components. We reserve the right to carry out further work if a repair is not done properly.

If the repair is a danger or clear nuisance to you or other residents, your property or other properties, we will require you to complete it in a time we set. If you fail to complete the repair in the required time, or complete it to an unsatisfactory standard, we will do the repair and charge you for the work.
