Major Repairs

Major repair projects are large-scale repairs to properties such as damp and dry rot treatment, re-rendering, re-plastering, new roofs and so on. The repairs involve extensive work and can take several weeks or months to complete. Often it is impossible for the tenant to stay in the property while the work goes on.

If your home ever needs major repairs, we will ensure that any inconvenience is kept to an absolute minimum by:

• Arranging suitable alternative accommodation for you
• Paying all reasonable expenses
• Making sure that all the plans for your home are fully agreed with you
