If you feel that we have not responded reasonably to a request for a repair, you are welcome to use our Complaints Procedure.

Apart from our own arrangements for ensuring that repairs are done effectively, you could, if you wish, refer the problem to the Council’s Environmental Protection Department or exercise your legal right to carry out the repair yourself.
