You are invited to CCHA’s Co-Design Group’s feedback session.

We want you to have your say about the recommendations made by the group and give your feedback.

Come along to this session and find out more.

We will provide refreshment throughout and can also provide transport to and from the meeting.

What is the Co-Design Group?

The Co-Design Group was created to ensure tenants are genuinely at the heart of our organisation.  CCHA’s aim was to ensure, going forward, we include tenants in decisions that are being made.  The Co-Design Group was made up of tenants, staff and Board members who all came together for a full review of CCHA’s tenant and leaseholder engagement.  Their aim was to analyse how tenants feed into the organisation and in future, how tenants can influence business decisions.

Why did we form the Co-Design Group?

  • Regulation, ensuring tenants really are at the heart of the organisation
  • Ensure tenants feel they receive value for money
  • Health & Safety, ensuring tenants feel safe and secure
  • Allowing tenants to influence business decisions made at Board level
  • Governance, keeping CCHA on track to agree and deliver priorities
  • New tea – new start – new opportunity

To Co-Design Group met on five occasions giving their input on current tenant engagement in different service areas such as governance, services, IT, support and community.  Together they produced a list of recommendations about how to ensure the Board receive the right information at the right time and on the right subjects about tenant and leaseholder’s experiences of our services.
