Tenants have provided CCHA with feedback that a quality repairs service is their top priority.
Following this feedback a new repairs policy developed by a group of our tenants and our staff, is being launched for all CCHA tenants from 1st April 2020. We want to make ensure that the repairs service we provide is delivered consistently and fairly.
The new policy has been created following extensive consultation with a resident focus group and approved by the Resident Panel. The Resident Panel is represented by 10 of our tenants and two board members who work in partnership to represent all areas of the community we serve.
