We value your opinion as a CCHA tenant.    Focus groups are here to allow you, our tenants, to have your say and give constructive feedback and more importantly, positive suggestions on how to improve the services we provide to you.

We are proud to put Tenants at the heart of the organisation and your feedback is extremely valuable to us.

Please note, these focus groups are not a window to bring personal complaints.  Focus groups are a positive and productive space to discuss ideas that benefit tenants.  Each focus group session will have a specific topic for the group to discuss.  Please bring your opinions and personal experiences, if you have any, relating to that topic and feel free to suggest improvements that would benefit other tenants.

You don’t need to commit to every focus group.  If you have a particular interest in one or want to learn more about a topic, please come along.  There is no pressure or obligation to attend every session, but of course, we would be delighted to see you at lots of them!
